It is positioned as an annex built on a newly purchased lot when the land adjacent to the villa from his father’s generation came up for sale. The villa is a place to sleep while listening to the sound of the creek that flows nearby, to practice violin as a hobby, and to listen to classical music. It features a circular floor plan and partition walls designed for thermal efficiency. The large dining table made by the design office, chairs by Furniture Storehouse, and the large island kitchen became a gathering point for friends. Recently, a painting by Terumasa Hino, which the owner fell in love with at first sight, was added. Our ideal is for the client to gradually upgrade the living space.
